We invite you to contact us to obtain any further information that may be useful to you. The Cadillac Area Community Foundation is fully accountable to the donors and citizens of the Cadillac area. Our records, with the exception of specific donor and donor gift information, are available to the public.  We would be pleased to provide you with more detailed information regarding our operations, including the opportunity to view our IRS Form 990.  We ask that you contact the Foundation offices for an appointment so that we may have a staff member assist you.

An independent audit is completed each year.  This audit is available upon request.

The operations of the Cadillac Area Community Foundation are governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees comprised of community members.

The Investment Committee of the Cadillac Area Community Foundation is responsible for making recommendations to the Board of Trustees regarding investment decisions and oversight of the investments and investment managers. A list of our investment managers with a schedule of fees charged is available upon request.

In addition, the Cadillac Area Community Foundation willingly and successfully meets the Council of Michigan Foundation's measures of Standards for Community Foundations.
